Session Duration

This filter selects sessions based on the duration of the session. The duration is calculated in seconds. The default selection is "Any" duration. You can specify filters for equal, greater than, less than, not equal to, greater than or equal to, and less than or equal to. You can also filter for session durations between two values. This filter is very useful in determining phone line issues. For example a session that ended with a timeout and its duration was less than the modem time out value may indicate a phone line issue.
